Welcome to The Rooms Lytham, a contemporary property located close to the heart of Lytham. We are a family fun and privately managed Boutique B&B, with each room boasting a flat-screen TV, iPod dock and hairdryer, aswell as featuring a private bathroom with shower.
Our Award-Winning breakfast (as voted for by The Times) is included in the room rate, and is served with Bucks Fizz at weekends. Within The Rooms Lytham Café, we offer brunch to non-residents on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8.30am till 2.30pm.
Local shops, bars and restaurants are within 5 minute’s walk, as is Lytham Railway Station, making The Rooms Lytham very easy access to all amenities.

Andy the owner is a fun-loving, easy going and loves his guests to relax and enjoy themselves. When he's not playing golf or partying he’ll make you a fabulous cocktail and cook one of his best breakfasts, all served here at The Rooms Lytham Café.
Brunch is offered from 8.30am till 2.30pm. Open to non-residents on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
